Peter Kloet, master builder and friendly customizer, had been putting his name into homes for many years. Peter passed on his skills and opportunity to his nephew John, who worked with Peter for over 25 years.

Qualified Design Builder

Kloet Construction specializes in high quality custom design builds for new homes, renovations and additions, and outbuildings such as shops and garages. John is qualified as a Design Builder under the Building Code Act and provides the custom blueprints needed for your project.

Tarion Registered Home Builder

Kloet Construction has been a member of the Ontario New Home Warranty Program since September 1976 and are proud of our record of excellence. The Tarion New Home Warranty program protects new home buyers by ensuring they receive the benefits of their builder’s warranty, as well, regulates and licenses all new home and condominium builders in Ontario.
